A FRESH STORE, AN EXCITING  BRAND EXPERIENCE

Our Tickety Boo Creative team had an amazing opportunity to work collaboratively with Winn-Dixie to bring their new brand vision, look and feel to life.

Our goal was to inject warmth, personality into permanent and semi-permanent graphics in several brand-new stores. Recognising that 70% of purchasing decisions are made in store, our goal was to immerse customers fully, giving them a totally fresh store experience. We knew by doing this it would redefine their perception of the brand and make Winn-Dixie a real shopping destination.

From the moment they arrive, we take the customer on a journey – communicating the brand’s values at every step. Our approach is always with the customer in mind, considering their needs and point of view. The fresh departments such as the hot food, butcher and fresh fish counters are a real focus and must-visit spot in-store for customers.

Recognising customer’s interest in healthy alternatives and more choice, Live Well is Winn-Dixie’s wellbeing initiative. It includes natural and organic choices for customers as well as wellbeing assistance. This Live Well aesthetic is consistent in technology, too. Touch screens are designed to help customers match their needs to supplements and vitamins.

In addition to World Flavors and Kosher offerings, we’ve shone a spotlight on local food producers with shelf edge tags that tell the provenance story of their products.

The look and feel is full of natural textures, underpinning the quality offering. There’s a playful tone of voice which shines through wall murals and expression doodles. Photography feels aspirational yet accessible, connecting customers to food like never before. There’s a fresh application of existing brand colours to make it feel familiar and unmistakeably Winn-Dixie.

All of these elements work together to ensure customers leave feeling excited; they’ve had the best quality at a great price with an excellent shopping experience that will see them return time and time again.

The seal of approval

The Winn-Dixie check is a valuable brand asset. Here it’s leveraged to become a beacon of trust and quality. It features across the store as a reminder that when you shop at Winn-Dixie you’ll get simply the best.

The store is an amazing example of everything working together from navigation right down to shelf level, with quality, provenance, education and value messages all working in tandem.

Winn-Dixie reimagined

Each element has brought the brand values to life, from the store fascia to the checkout, from the big statements to the tiny details. Now seven new Winn-Dixie stores have been reimagined in this fresh look and feel.

 This was a fantastic collaborative effort between Tickety Boo Creative and Winn-Dixie – the initial customer reactions and sales uplift have proven it’s a real success.
