Southeastern Grocers asked us to create an entire new brand and campaign that listened to the customers’ needs. The brief: a new loyalty scheme, with better benefits. They wanted to ensure these benefits were both clear and the new scheme enticing.

 

Excited by the brief, we created a brand and campaign for Southeastern Grocers that truly listened to the customer. From the tone of voice to the use of language to the design, we delivered.

 

By showing how a simple approach would be more effective and customer friendly, we developed a clear but clever name. We created fun and punchy headlines and bold typography, which reflected how easy the new scheme was to use. We gave strength through fresh branding, with a strong strategic brand approach.  From the development of the new points card to the clear roll-out across the stores and online, we helped Southeastern Grocers make the complicated simple through design, copy and brand strategy.
