We thrive on a challenge, especially when it’s launching a brand new, high profile service to customers. So, when Winn-Dixie, Fresco and BI-LO asked us to come up with the strategy, concept and design to launch their online delivery service into the U.S. market, we jumped at the chance.

Delivery (in as little as an hour) and Pickup is becoming ever more popular in the States, and we built on our research and understanding of key customer drivers to create a concept that’s simple, eye catching and playful – something to spread the word, raise a smile and achieve cut through against other retailers with, let’s just say, slightly bigger budgets. We’re looking at you Walmart!

To drive awareness of the Winn-Dixie service and brand across multiple channels, we focused on the benefits of shopping online. Rhythmic headlines boldly highlight these, and an eye-catching image of a grocery item, with playful illustration lines, supports each benefit. Check out that loaf of bread speeding to your door in a flash, or a juicy orange reminding you how quickly you can get your groceries delivered!
